The National Prefects’ Council (NPC)
Program Overview
The National Prefects’ Council is a youth leadership development initiative focused on empowering high school prefects with ethical leadership competencies, democratic values, and peer governance skills. Through structured training, mentorship, and leadership forums, NPC prepares student leaders to influence positive change within their schools and communities.
